I had this crazy craving for some good xiao long bao the other day, so I called up my fellow gyoza lover, Lena to hit up Hibusuma in Toritsudaigaku. After a short walk from the station, we reached the destination and  we were a bit surprised by the restaurant’s cozy cafe looking facade. Normally, I go for local hole-in-the-wall type of places for Chinese food, but this place had raving reviews on Tabelog, so I decided to give it a try.

急に小龍包が食べたくなったので餃子部部長のリナちゃんをさそって都立大学にあるHibusumaに行ってきました。駅から３分くらい？歩いたところにあるんだけれど着いてびっくり、なんかこじゃれたカフェみたいな佇まいなんだもの。普段なら薄汚い中華食堂みたいな場所がB級グルメ的なところでは好みなんですが食べログの評価が高かったので試してみる事に。

I tried Taiwan Beer for the first time and loved the smooth after-taste! I liked the bottle design too.

Their Nanxiang xiao long bao was so juicy and delicious! We ordered two of there. This place is going to be my new favorite place!

南翔小龍包はジューシーで本当においしい。おかわりしちゃった。このお店はこれから間違いなくお気に入りになる事確実！

名前は読めなかったけど焼きワンタンみたいなやつ。まあまあかな。
